WE COLLECT AND TRANSFORM OCEAN PLASTIC

Waste Free Oceans collects and transforms ocean plastic into new, innovative products. We partner with recyclers, converters and brands to make optimal use of available resources and to raise awareness on the issue of ocean plastic. Based in Brussels, we also operate in the Americas, Asia and Turkey. We partner with the "Guardians of the Sea" - fishermen around the world.

Using a trawl that can be attached to regular fishing boats, fishermen can fish for ocean plastic on their idle fishing days, collecting between 2 and 8 tonnes of marine litter on each journey. The world is ready and waiting for products offering environmental solutions rather than more challenges. People are demanding sustainable choices - and are ready to pay for them. Brands get it, and some of the best are already working with us. Others are looking for solutions like ours - because they know where the future lies. Instead of extracting more natural resources to produce ever more plastic products, why not make use of what's already freely available in our oceans today?
Plastic collected in oceans can be combined with other recycled material to create new goods.
