  • Main problem:
Increasing leakage of plastic waste into marine ecosystem
  • Subproblem:
Ongoing plastic production from fossil resources
  • Consequence:
    Need of sustainable living
  • Solution:
Natural plastic alternative for e.g. packagings

FOR A FUTURE FREE OF POLLUTION AND WASTE

Every minute, about a truckload of plastic waste ends in the ocean - that is around 11 mio tons of plastics every year. Because plastics are not degradable there, they cause long-term environmental pollution, severely affecting marine ecosystems. On top, the resource-intensive plastic production from fossil ressources accounts for a major share of industrial carbon emissions.

A NEW GENERATION OF MATERIALS
With traceless materials, we offer a novel, natural material alternative to plastics. We have developed an innovative, patent-pending material technology that allows us to use plant residues from agricultural industry, and turn them into materials that are fully biobased, naturally compostable and plastic-free.

MATERIALS DESIGNED FOR NATURE

We produce traceless materials as a granulate which can be further processed into a wide range of end products. Our materials are a holistically sustainable alternative to conventional plastics and bioplastics, considering all impact indicators, and designed to leave no trace.

HOLISTICALLY SUSTAINABLE
Following our vision of a world without pollution and waste, we designed our materials for the biological cycle, according to the Cradle To Cradleprinciple. Not only do they help to solve plastic pollution - they leave a holistically positive footprint on the planet.

Our environmental impact life-cycle assessment shows: Production and disposal of our plant-based materials saves up to 87% carbon emissionscompared to virgin plastics. Furthermore, they significantly save fossil energy, and conserve our precious land- and water resources.

FOR A FUTURE FREE OF POLLUTION AND WASTE

We envision a world where the materials we use impact positively on the planet, rather than leading to pollution and waste. Therefore we take nature as an example, since in nature there is no such thing as waste, instead resources are kept in continuous cycles.
